I am a fully qualified Zen Shiatsu practitioner, having completed a three year training course with the Shiatsu College, Bristol, qualifying in June 2004.
In January 2006, I gained a Diploma in Professional Energy Field Healing. This works with the Ki in the Energy Field “aura” that surrounds the body.
Most physical illnesses are connected from the meridians to blockages on the various layers of the aura that surrounds the body. This adds an extra level of diagnosis and healing to the treatment.
Shiatsu and Energy Field Healing are two halves of a whole healing system that works with the Ki inside and outside the body.
In completing the Energy Field Diploma also means that I am qualified to bring healing to your home or land.
My background is in Graphic Design and Web Design and I also run my own business Satori Creative helping small businesses and startups with branding and identity, graphic design and web design.
Giving Shiatsu has enabled me to get in touch with my own healing energy, and practising meditation and Qigong on a regular basis has resulted in a great improvement in my own health and wellbeing, and it also means that I can help others make this discovery for themselves.
It has been my experience that the more we empower ourselves in our lives, so we can live in the moment, the more we can acknowledge and let go of memories of the past that we have outgrown. This allows us to forgive ourselves and move forward in life at our full potential.
Through the healing touch of Shiatsu, I have been honoured in helping my clients through this process and seeing the progress made in reaching their own empowerment.
